The present invention relates to a compound having the formula: 1 where X=R.sub.1O, F, Br, I, Cl, or a C.sub.1 to C.sub.5 alkyl group, R.sub.1=a C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 alkyl group or a C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 aryl group, n=1 or 2, R.sub.2=a C.sub.1 to C.sub.6 alkyl group, an amino acid, a heterocycle, a secondary or tertiary C.sub.3 to C.sub.4 hydrocarbon, or 2 where R.sub.3=H or CH.sub.3, or pharmaceutically-acceptable salts thereof. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions which include the compounds, as well as methods of making and using the compounds.
