The invention concerns medicines containing as active principle at least a compound of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein either R.sub.2 represents a --CH.sub.2 --(CHOH).sub.2 --CH.sub.3 chain and R.sub.3 represents a hydrogen atom or R.sub.2 represents a hydrogen atom and R.sub.3 represents a --CH.sub.2 --(CHOH).sub.2 --CH.sub.3 chain or one of its stereoisomers or one of its salts, the novel compounds of formula (I), their stereoisomers, their salts and their preparation.
