Abstract
An electronic system and method of pervasive output allow an information apparatus to output digital content conveniently to virtually any output device. An output controller is installed in or connected to an output device, such as a printer, to enable the output device to communicate and negotiate services with an information apparatus such as mobile computing device. The information apparatus may communicate with the output controller to obtain device dependent data or software components such as device specific printer driver.
