Abstract
The present invention discloses a system and method of certifying the authenticity of a credit card user by employing the digital image of the fingerprint. The present invention discloses a technique of differentiating the genuine user by referring the captured image of the user's fingerprint with the stored fingerprint data. The present invention makes it possible to allow an authorized third party to use the card without loss of security.
