Participants can be encouraged to allow access to their genomic profile information in a variety of ways. A peer-to-peer genomic profile information network can be implemented. A collection of genomic profile information for a large number of participants can be built, and anonymity of the participants can be maintained. Participants can maintain custodial control over their genomic profile information. Comparative tools and groups can help participants identify and communicate with other participants having similar information.
