Abstract
A destacking apparatus has a number of lifting devices (10) for mechanical destacking of egg trays. Each lifting device comprises a carrier part (27) with at least one gripper unit (20, 21) having an abutment (22) and a gripper means (25). The abutment and the gripper means are mutually spaced in the destacking direction. The gripper means (25) is movable transversely to the destacking direction in relation to the abutment, and the gripper unit (20, 21) is movable in the destacking direction in relation to the carrier part (27).
