Abstract
The invention relates to a method of analyzing a document represented in a markup language comprising the following steps: detecting (S321) a tag of predefined type, said tag being associated with at least one content length attribute; reading (S322) the value (n) of said content length attribute; and automatically identifying (S323) a set of data following said tag and of length equal to said read value (n). Use in particular for processing a set of binary data incorporated verbatim in a document in XML language.
