Abstract
The present invention provides an improved process for preparing a water-soluble extract containing one or more naturally occurring antioxidants (from plant materials from the Labiatae family. The process produces an extract that is essentially odorless, flavorless and colorless when used at a concentration between about 5 and 1000 ppm.
