The data comprises requests for information and responses thereto in at least one competency of professional development. A processor is associated with the main data base for working and sorting the data relating to a participant or a group of participants to produce feedback based on the data in a wide variety of formats. An input device is provided and capable of establishing communication with the main data base for inputting requests for information forming a portion of the data. A review device is also provided and capable of establishing communication with the main data base for receiving from the main data base the feedback.
