Abstract
Methods for performing array-based hybridization assays, as well as sets of control target nucleic acids for use in the subject methods and kits comprising the same, are provided. In the subject methods, test and control sets of target nucleic acids are contacted with an array(s), where the test and control sets of target nucleic acids may or may not be labeled differentially. The subject control sets of nucleic acids contain a plurality of distinct target nucleic acids, where at least a portion of the probes on the array are represented in the control set of target nucleic acids.
