Abstract
A method and system is disclosed for displaying service and maintenance information for a plurality of building sites online. A customer web portal is provided with a database for storing service information for a plurality of building sites. The web portal provides an efficient way of determining the service activity for a plurality of building sites without the need for maintaining service related information at individual building sites. The present invention allows provides a user with an overview service activity at each of their building sites, and allows the user to drill down to obtain more detailed information about service activity and service contracts relevant for their building.
