Abstract
A spray chamber has a spray system and a ventilation system. The spray system includes a compressor and spray jets that are positioned 360.degree. about a user, from head to toe. A pump sends tanning lotion from a container, through a manifold, where it is distributed to the spray jets via conduits. The tanning lotion is dispensed in the form of a mist having particles sufficiently large in size that they rapidly descend to the floor where they are collected for disposal. The mist clears the booth in approximately 30-90 seconds, without the need for an evacuation system such as a fan or filter.
