The present invention provides positioning devices the include one or more container stations that each comprise a support surface that is structured to position at least one multi-well container. Container stations are tiered relative to one another and/or rotationally coupled to support structures of the positioning devices. The invention also relates to systems and methods that include the positioning devices described herein.
