Abstract
Cosmetics comprising spherical and nonporous particles with a pore volume of substantially zero and having a blurring effect is provided. The cosmetics comprise spherical and nonporous particles by 0.1 to 70% by weight, a liquid component, and the balance of solid components other than the spherical and nonporous particles, and the spherical and nonporous particles each comprise aggregate of inorganic oxide particles having an average particle diameter in a range from 1 to 100 .mu.m comprising fine particles of inorganic oxide having an average diameter in a range from 2 to 250 nm and a silica-based layer coating the aggregate.
