A composition for use on hygiene articles containing: (a) from about 5 to 50% by weight of a first oil component having a melting point of from about 25 to 37.degree. C.; (b) from about 5 to 50% by weight of a second oil component having a melting point of from about 40 to 60.degree. C.; (c) optionally, a nonionic emulsifier; and (d) remainder, water, all weights being based on the total weight of the composition.
