The present invention relates to systems and methods to support import-export transactions. More particularly, it includes methods and systems for negotiating insurance conditions, for advising or determining that the insurance conditions have been met and for electronically initiated release of goods or filing a claim. It further may include methods and systems for making claims against policies secured in accordance with the insurance conditions.
