A one-part, substantially solvent-free coating composition for applying to fiberglass substrates, consisting essentially of: a polymerizable compound which comprises a mixture of acrylates, photoinitiator or a photoinitiator mix, silicon dioxide monospheres, and surfactant or mixture of surfactants.
