Abstract
It is an object of the present invention to provide a metering delivery device that is capable of keeping the fluid discharge rate at a predetermined level for a long time by using a metering pump without the necessity of adjustment or the like. In order to achieve this object, there is provided a metering delivery device 10 with a metering pump 11 disposed in a delivery passage 31 for fluid delivery, which is characterized in that it includes a discharge rate checker 12 disposed in the delivery passage 31 downstream of the metering pump 11, and a constant pressure valve 13 disposed in the delivery passage 31 downstream of the discharge rate checker 12, in which the driving condition of the metering pump 11 is controlled based on a detection signal of the discharge rate checker 12.
