Abstract
This invention relates to the fields of molecular biology and oncology. More particularly, this invention relates to the sensitization of cancerous cells to therapeutic agents. The invention provides methods, compositions, and formulations for potentiating or enhancing the toxicity of various cytotoxins and oxidizing agents, and of reducing the resistance and proliferation rate of cancer cells.
