Abstract

A machine for packaging products into relative containers in a protected environment, has a plurality of work stations, respectively, a station for preparing the containers, a station for the sterilization and cooling of the containers, a container filling station and a container closing station. The filling station and the closing station are aligned one after the other, in a controlled atmosphere chamber defined by a bottom wall, an upper wall, a lateral, outer wall, front and back walls, and by a lateral, inner, airtight wall. The inner, airtight wall is situated longitudinally and laterally with respect to the filling station and the closing station. The chamber isolates the stations from motors mechanically connected to the work stations through airtight passages, made in the lateral, inner wall. An air flow generator is located in the upper wall for creating and filtering a laminar flow of air, directed to the bottom and involving at least the filling station and the closing station.
