Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions and methods of using peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma (PPAR.gamma.) antagonists. In one embodiment, the present invention relates to compositions and methods for preparing and using such antagonist compositions. In another embodiment, the present invention provides for using PPAR-gamma antagonist compositions to treat disease such as cancer. In other embodiments, the present invention provides for using PPAR-gamma antagonist and one or more additional anti-cancer agent compositions to treat cancer.
