Abstract
The invention proposes a device (10) of the type comprising a housing (12, 24) in which is arranged a control shaft (22) that is driven by a manual drive drum (66), and that is rotatably connected to at least one member (70) belonging to a generator (22, 70, 16) of control signals or pulses for an electronic apparatus, particularly for the control of the movements of a cursor on a display screen of the apparatus, characterized in that it comprises at least one pair of opposite signal generators (22, 70, 16) whose rotating shafts (22) are parallel and whose two parallel and opposite actuating drums (66) can be accessed simultaneously in the top horizontal face (92) of the housing (24) of the device and can be rotated in only one direction.
