A method of content transmission to a mobile device in a mobile communication network is provided. The method comprises determining whether the mobile device is in a first mode; delivering real-time content to the mobile device while the mobile device is in the first mode; and discontinuing delivery of real-time content if the mobile device is in a second mode.
