Abstract
The present invention relates to a dispensing apparatus (1) comprising a housing (3) and a metering tube (7). The metering tube (7) has an opening (17) to the interior thereof and the housing (3) has a chamber (4) therein for storing medicament. The metering tube (7) is extendable to a dispensing position, and retractable to a filling position. The opening (17) is in communication with the chamber (4) when the metering tube is in the filling position. The invention further relates to a method of operating dispensing apparatus.
