The invention concerns a mobile illuminating device comprising a generally cylindrical housing (1) of axis (X-X) including: illuminating elements (7) in the form of light-emitting diodes (LED) fixed on a support plate (6); electrical/electronic control and/or connecting means (9) between said illuminating elements (7) and a power source (9); means for fixing (10) said device. The housing is a single-piece unit, to ensure increased tightness and impact resistance.
