A vent suitable for a tiled roof and including a vent member and a sealing member, the sealing member including a pleated, malleable material. The sealing member conforms to the uneven surface of the roof and seals the vent and roof from ingress of precipitation, particulates, and insects, while allowing the building to be ventilated.
