Abstract
A compound that has utility in the treatment or prevention of a condition associated with T-cell proliferation or that is mediated by pro- and/or anti-inflammatory cytokines, is of formula (I) wherein R.sub.1 is H or Me; R.sub.2 is H or alkyl and R.sub.3 is H or Me, or R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are --CH.sub.2-- thereby forming a ring; n is 0 to 2; X is CH.sub.2 or O; and the two benzene rings are each optionally substituted with OH, OMe, Halogen, NHCHO, NHSO.sub.2Me, CONH.sub.2, SOMe OCH.sub.2O or CH.sub.2OH.
