The present invention relates to a micromedical cell processor which modifies the cellular components of blood, especially cells of the body's natural immune defense, such that the cells, after their introduction into the body, exert a therapeutic function against cancerous diseases or against other diseases. The cell processor is implantable in the human or animal body and has a device for isolating cells, a device for fixing the cells, a device for introducing substances into the cells, and a device for determining the concentration of substances in the cells. The cell processor can also be used outside the body for loading the cells.
