Abstract
The invention relates to a device which is used to cut feedthroughs into a free surface (11) of a block (1) of insulating material, such as expanded polystyrene or polyurethane. The inventive device (2) comprises: a base (20) which rests on the free surface (11) by means of a lower face (21), a handle (30) which is fixed to the base (20), and blades (40) which are solidly connected to the base (20) or handle (30) and which project out beneath the lower face (21).
