Abstract
This invention provides a grape powder in the form of a freeze-dried powder that is representative of different grape varieties that are widely consumed. The grape varieties that can be used in the practice of this invention include table grapes, juice grapes, wine grapes, or combinations of these types of grapes. The inventors have also provided a method of producing a grape powder in the form of a freeze-dried powder that is representative of the different grape varieties that are consumed.
