A solar energy concentrator has a solar panel comprising a plurality of solar cells, a solar energy concentrating plate including a plurality of concentrating elements, each of the concentrating elements corresponding to one solar cell, and a supporting member supporting the solar panel and the solar energy concentrating plate.
