Abstract
To provide a fluid spray simulation method for verifying a sprayed state of a sprayed object by a spray nozzle so as to reflect a physical orbit of fluid sprayed from the spray nozzle. [Means for solving the Problem]A bath model is created by TIN data and each of the apexes of the bath model is moved downward in accordance with mathematical expressions of a distance from a spray nozzle and a gravity orbit. A ray tracing calculation is performed to specify a portion shaded by light from a light source positioned at a position of the spray nozzle. After this, the apexes of the bath model which have been moved downward are returned to their previous positions and visualized, thereby enabling fluid spray simulation reflecting a physical orbit considering the affect of gravity of a cleaning solution sprayed from the spray nozzle.
