The wind-energy power machine consists of a center rotating body, several frame portions and a wind pressure push mechanism provided in each frame portion; the central rotating body of the wind-energy power machine is vertically and rotationally installed on the special high frame structure which has wind collection wall, it has extremely high wind utilizing efficiency and power generating effect through the large scale motor and power generating system constituted by vertical or the horizontal integrated system or the combined system of integration of vertical series connection and parallel connection.
