In embodiments, the present invention provides a method and system for recording data related to a user's mobile web browser activity performed on a mobile communication facility, storing a plurality of mobile web browser activities relating to the user, and creating a user browse behavior profile based at least in part on the plurality of mobile web browser activities, wherein the user browse behavior profile is stored as a type of mobile subscriber characteristic.
