Abstract
A system, apparatus and method for mobile real-time feedback based on changes in the heart to enhance cognitive behavioral therapy for anger or stress reduction. In an embodiment, an apparatus receives data relating to a heart of an individual from at least one input device. The apparatus provides a mobile intervention via at least one output device and measures the effectiveness of the mobile intervention in reducing anger or stress in the individual.
