The invention relates to a device for introducing a medical instrument into a closed container (2). The device is characterized in that it has a penetration means (11) for penetration of a container wall and a guiding unit (12) is adjacent to the penetration means (11), wherein the penetration means (11) and the guiding unit (12) have a common passage (10) for the introduction of a medical instrument (3) and the passage (10) has at least temporarily a narrowing.
