Abstract
To provide A seat structure applicable to both a normal posture and a resting posture and providing a sufficiently relaxed resting posture and an excellent comfort.According to the present invention, a seat reference point adjustor for shifting a seat reference point in the resting posture anterior to a seat reference point in the normal posture is provided. With this structure, the resting posture can be taken without tilting its seat back itself backwardly. Since the seat back is not tilted backwardly, a leg room (footrest) space of a rear seat is not limited.
