Disclosed herein is a method for preparing nanoscale particles of active material with using a gas of a supercritical fluid, by dissolving an active material into a solvent which is in solid phase at room temperature, to produce nanoscale particles of the active materials which can be advantageously used in medicine, cosmetics, functional foods or the like.
