The present invention relates to an improved anti-HER2/Neu therapy comprising co-administration of an inhibitor of t-DARPP activity. In addition, inhibitors of t-DARPP can act as a monotherapy against cancers that express elevated t-DARPP activity, including elevated t-DARPP levels, or in combination with chemo- or radiotherapeutic anti-cancer treatments drugs.
