The memory cell includes a first electrode receiving a first voltage to form an electric field therearound; and a combination arranged on the first electrode, comprising a liquid crystal molecule coupled with a magnetic substance for forming a magnetic field therearound, wherein the magnetic field changing with the first electric field.
