Abstract
Object: To provide an electrolytic capacitor operable without a separator sheet. Means For Solving Problems: An electrolytic capacitor comprises an oxidized anode foil, a cathode foil, a securing tape, lead tab terminals, an anode lead, and a cathode lead. A surface of the oxidized anode foil and the cathode foil is coated with polythiophene-group conductive polymer. The lead tab terminal is connected to the oxidized anode foil, and the lead tab terminal is connected to the cathode foil. The anode lead is connected to the lead tab terminal, and the cathode lead is connected to the lead tab terminal. The oxidized anode foil and the cathode foil, to which the lead tab terminals, the anode lead and the cathode lead are connected, are rolled up without interposing a separator sheet therebetween and sealed up with the securing tape. In this manner, a capacitor element is made.
