Abstract
The present invention provides a method for improving a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) operation in a user equipment (UE) of a wireless communication system. The UE operates in an HS-SCCH Less Operation. The method includes steps of decoding data of an HARQ procedure corresponding to a current Transmission Time Interval (TTI); delivering the data to an upper layer reordering entity and reporting a positive acknowledgement (ACK) corresponding to the data when the data is successfully decoded; and considering data stored in a soft buffer corresponding to the current TTI has been decoded successfully.
