Abstract
A stock (10) for a firearm, provided with a stock frame section (3) and a releasably attachable cheekpiece (1, 2), in which the stock frame section (3) is symmetrical in relation to the longitudinal vertical direction of the stock, and when the cheekpiece (1, 2) is installed to the left side of the stock frame section (3), the stock becomes a right-handed stock, and when the cheekpiece (1, 2) is installed to the right side of the stock frame section (3), the stock becomes a left-handed stock. According to an advantageous embodiment the cheekpiece (1, 2) is adjustable, preferably quick-adjustable in height.
