Abstract
The subject invention provides a method which enables easy and efficient production of fine electret fine particles without the conventional pulverization or screening process.The method of producing electret fine particles comprises emulsifying a fluorine-containing compound in the liquid phase under atmospheric or elevated pressure in a liquid incompatible with the fluorine-containing compound, to obtain emulsified particles, and irradiating the emulsified particles with an electron ray or a radial ray.
