A device for at least one of storing, installing and removing pen needles. The device includes a body configured to store at least one pen needle. A first end of the body is configured to install a pen needle on an injection device. A second end of the body is configured to remove a pen needle from the injection device. The invention also provides for a method of installing and/or removing a pen needle from an injection device using the device.
