The articles include an integral resilient member having a first and a second opposed major surface where the member includes a centrally disposed core that is substantially free of abrasive particles and a peripheral annulus that includes a plurality of abrasive zones that comprise abrasive particles. The particles protrude through at least one major surface of the integral member.
