The invention provides a 1,3,5-tris(diarylamino)benzene represented by the general formula (I)are each independently a group which is represented by the general formula (II)is independently a group represented by the general formula (II) wherein R is an alkyl group of 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl group of 5 or 6 carbon atoms, m is 2, 3, 4 or 5, and n is 0, 1 or 2.
