Stent delivery systems having improved deliverability comprising an elongate member having an inflation lumen and a guidewire lumen therein; a balloon having an interior that is in fluid communication with the inflation lumen; and a stent comprising a coating mounted on the balloon. Methods for delivering two stent delivery systems concurrently through a guiding catheter, each stent delivery system comprising elongate member having an inflation lumen and a guidewire lumen therein, a balloon having an interior that is in fluid communication with the inflation lumen, and a stent comprising a coating mounted on the balloon. Stent coatings may comprise a pharmaceutical agent at least a portion of which is in crystalline form.
