Abstract

A highly safe method of obtaining chalcopyrite film wherein a Ib group metal and IIIb group metal are sufficiently combined with a VIb group element by only heat treatment without using an atmosphere containing a VIb group element (Se, S, Te). heat treatment is performed in an inert atmosphere to combine the Ib group metal and IIIb group metal with the VIb group element.
