The preparation of pharmaceutical products is carried out in a machine provided with at least one store for storing syringes and/or bottles, a dosing station for transferring at least one pharmaceutical between a syringe and a bottle, two containers for collecting the processing waste, and a gripping and transporting device for transferring the syringes and/or bottles between the store and the dosing station (36) and for selectively feeding the processing waste into the two containers.
